What happened when Jack got spooked by a car

January 12th 2008, I went in to Jacks field and I brought his headstall with me so I could ride him around the field. I gave Jack and Jazzmine 2 cookies each and then I put Jack's headstall on and jumped on him bareback. I rode him up to the rode which borders the top of there field. I was trotting him back and forth as car watched. I than walked to one end of the fence and turned Jack around. I canter Jack up the field next to the road but still inside the fence. A loud truck was passing by and I paid no attention to it because I was concentrating on cantering bareback which is harder then it looks. That truck was going the same way we were going so it was coming up behind Jack. Jack got scared and stopped trotting which made me move forward since it was a sudden stop and I was bareback. Jack felt that I was falling off and he wanted to run away so as he was walking he lowered his head so I could slide down to the ground gently and after I was on the ground Jack trotted away from that very loud truck. Since Jack wanted to get away so bad he could of easily just ran as I was falling and I would fall by his feet and there would be a chance that he would have stepped on me. Jack and I formed a strong bond over the year I've had him so he didn't want me to get hurt so he lowered his head and let me slide down and I gently hit the ground. I got up right away and followed the trail that Jack had took to the front part of the pasture that is near the house. Jazzmine came up from behind me and ran past me after Jack. When I met up with Jack and Jazzmine they just stoop there and I got Jack and got back on as if nothing had happened and continued with riding Jack around.
