Tobiano Pattern
Paint Horse

The dark color usually covers one or both flanks. Generally all four legs are white, at least below the hocks and knees. The spots are normally rectangular or distinct as ovals or round patterns that will extend down over the neck and chest, giving the appearance of a shield. The head has marking of a solid colored horse, or with a blaze, stripe, star or snip. They may either be more dark or white and the tail is normally two colors.
